When you are organizing a home poker game, you got to have some great poker chips. These pokerchips represent a fixed amount of money(in a cash game) or a fixed amount of points(in a sit and and go or tournament).

Poker Chips Materials

In general you have two types of poker chips nowadays - clay and composite. The composite type chips are made of plastic sometimes combined with clay to give it the good feel of a clay chip. Composite poker chips are a great wat to start but if you take you poker game a bit more serious then the clay chips are the way to go.
